A Cinnamon Bun Treat

This morning I made my suitemates, and a few other friends, cinnamon buns for breakfast.  We are all busy and stressed out with the semester, so I thought it would be a perfectly delicious way to start the day.  The warm, gooey, cinnamon filling is balanced by the sweet cream cheese glaze icing.


It is hard to just eat one of these melt-in-your-mouth treats. And would you have guessed that these are gluten free?
